| 备注 | Department of Applied Nutrition and Department of Health and Nutrition [Japanese; Mathematics (Course 1 or 2); Science (select two subjects from Chemistry and Biology)]; Department of Food Culture and Nutrition [Japanese; Mathematics (Course 1 or 2); <select either Science (two subjects: Chemistry and Biology) or one subject from the Integrated Subjects category>] 1) JLPT (Japanese-Language Proficiency Test): N2 (total score of 112 or higher) or N1 (total score of 100 or higher) 2) JPT (Japanese Proficiency Test): 740 points or higher 3) J.TEST (Test of Practical Japanese): Level C or higher (600 points or higher) on the A–C level exam 4) BJT (Business Japanese Proficiency Test): Level J1 or higher (530 points or higher) A score report for any one of the above (1–4) is required (please check the Application Guidelines for details). In addition to the above, applicants with foreign nationality must submit documents such as a Personal History Form. The prescribed form for the Personal History Form is available at the Admissions and Public Relations Division (Sakado Campus: 049-282-7331); please call to make an appointment and come to the campus in person to pick it up.
