| Keterangan | Applicants may choose their preferred selection test date(s); it is possible to take the test on either one of the two days or on both days. Required subjects are English, plus one subject chosen from either Japanese or a combination of Mathematics I and Mathematics A. For elective subjects, applicants must choose one from the following: "Basic Physics & Basic Chemistry," "Basic Physics & Basic Biology," "Basic Chemistry & Basic Biology," "Physics," "Chemistry," "Biology," "History Comprehensive (World History) & World History Inquiry," "History Comprehensive (Japanese History) & Japanese History Inquiry," "Geography Comprehensive & Geography Inquiry," or "Information I." A system is available to convert scores from external English proficiency tests into a score for the "English" subject test. If an external English proficiency test score is used, taking the "English" subject test becomes optional. If an applicant uses an external English proficiency test score *and* also takes the "English" subject test, the higher of the two scores (the actual test score vs. the converted score) will be used for the admissions decision. General Selection (Late Schedule) is available.
