However, those whose residence status at the time of admission is not “Student” are excluded from the support for international students. Miscellaneous fees vary by department. Miscellaneous fees: ¥106,000 for the Department of Medical Nutrition; ¥66,000 for other departments. Delayed payment of fees is not permitted. Refund applications for the payment made at the time of admission, excluding the admission fee, are accepted. However, the “Notification of Admission Withdrawal” must be received by March 31, 2026. The refundable amount includes payments made at the time of admission, excluding the admission fee and including miscellaneous fees. Miscellaneous fees from the second year onward also vary by department. |
