If an applicant decides to decline enrollment after completing the admission procedures, they must submit the university's prescribed withdrawal form by the designated deadline; upon completion of the necessary procedures, any fees paid at the time of admission—excluding the admission fee—will be refunded (please refer to the Application Guidelines and Admission Procedure Guidelines for details). |
