備註	1. The application fee varies depending on the examination method (¥35,000 for Method A [Individual Method], and ¥18,000 for Method N [University-wide Unified Method] First and Second Rounds). 2. If you apply for the same faculty and department under both Method A (Individual Method) and Method N (University-wide Unified Method) First or Second Round at the same time, you are only required to pay the application fee for Method A. 3. An annual fee of ¥10,000 for Associate Membership in the Nihon University Alumni Association must be paid. In addition, a one-time payment of ¥10,000 for the first year of Regular Membership must be made in the year of graduation. 4. Depending on the faculty, an annual fee of ¥10,000 to ¥40,000 for the Supporters’ Association, Maintenance Association, etc., may be required (for the 2026 academic year). For details, please refer to the guidance page on the online application site. 5. At our university, to support the improvement of the foundations for education, research, and medical care, we plan to request voluntary donations from students after enrollment. 6. Depending on the curriculum, additional fees for courses or practical training may be required. (For details, please contact the Junior College Division [Funabashi Campus].)
