Applications must be submitted via the Toyo University admissions information website. Please be sure to review the entrance examination guidelines before applying. To be eligible to apply, candidates must meet one of the following language proficiency requirements: - A score of 300 or higher in the Japanese section (combined total of Reading Comprehension, Listening Comprehension, and Listening-Reading Comprehension) of the Examination for Japanese University Admission for International Students (EJU) taken in November 2024, June/November 2025, or June 2026. - Passing the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) at the N2 level or higher. [Admissions Eligible for the "Toyo University SDGs International Student Ambassador Program"] This program certifies privately funded international students as "Toyo University SDGs International Student Ambassadors" and provides support—such as assistance with tuition/fees and housing—to those who demonstrate the drive and capability to contribute to global society in various ways toward achieving the SDGs, and who commit to engaging in SDG-related activities and initiatives fostering globalization (both on and off campus) after enrollment.
