The Art-Theque is a 5-story, 4,200-square-meter multi-use complex for knowledge and creativity. Here you will find a gallery, the 80th Anniversary Memorial Room, a multi-purpose laboratory (free design studio), an atelier for doctoral students, private collection archives, the Takeo Poster Collection Gallery, and storage rooms.

Specialist Art and Design Library

The library houses approximately 219,000 works, including 143,000 Japanese books and 76,000 foreign books, mainly in the specialized fields of art, design, and architecture. In addition, the library has approximately 2,500 periodicals and a wide range of materials, ranging from fundamental literature necessary for classes to specialized research materials.

The Media Center boasts the latest in processing and imaging equipment, studios and resident staff ready to assist students with technical problems.
