The Ichigaya Campus is located in the heart of Tokyo, and the soaring Boissonade Tower on campus is an area landmark. In addition, the modern Sotobori Building, with its all-glass façade, and the construction of new buildings starting in spring 2014 display the transformation of Ichigaya into a next-generation urban campus. This campus is home to the largest number of students among Hosei University's 3 campuses. It has the latest cutting-edge information technology infrastructure, as well as many different facilities for supporting students' daily lives. Tokyo's city centers such as Shibuya and Shinjuku are only a 15-minute train away, and the secondhand bookstores of Kanda, the Budokan, and Tokyo Dome are within walking distance. This makes the Ichigaya campus an ideal location for a student studying in Tokyo.
