"International Exchange Assistants" support and interact with international students.

An organization of current students called the "International Exchange Assistants" support international students. Through programs of exchange and interaction, the group helps international students with their concerns as they begin life in their new environment and helps them make the most of their studies and life at Teikyo University. The student-led group provides support for Japanese language lessons and holds welcome parties and sports events to build strong bonds with international students.

The Teikyo Study Abroad Center supports the daily lives of international students.

The Study Abroad Center has regular staff that can speak English, Chinese, and Korean. The center strives to provide an environment where international students who are unsure of their Japanese language ability can lead fulfilling lives on campus and receive consultation for any concerns they may have.

There is a referral service for housing.

Teikyo University supports its international students through the introduction of a "Student Housing Compensation System" that provides referrals for housing for which the university serves at the guarantor. The "College Town" is relatively close by to the Hachioji campus, located 40 minutes away by bus and train in a quiet, nature-filled environment. Supermarkets and other necessities for daily life are easily accessible nearby.
