This program offers a wide range of study levels and subjects for students who have N4 level or higher of the Japanese-Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). Before starting classes, students have to take proficiency test in Japanese to determine the proper class. As one of objectives, we focuses on attaining Japanese proficiency required for study at undergraduate and graduate level. And you will be able to study Japanese society and culture through basic subjects of sociology and political economy social sciences, as well as fieldwork, in the advanced classes.
Each class will be about 20 students to keep the appropriate class size for language study so that instructors easily comprehend each student’s proficiency and individual learning status and students feel free to ask the instructor in classes.
Based on the Certificate System stipulated in Article 105 of the School Education Act, a certificate of completion authorized under the School Education Act will be issued to students who complete the program earned more than 8 credits per semester.
