Focus on and enhance your practical communication skills to acquire the strength to determine your own future.

The Faculty of Global Communications aims to give students the strength to determine their own future through the pursuit of high-level applied language skills in a small-class environment for Japanese, English, and Chinese language subjects as well as the acquisition of communication skills for using those languages.
There are English, Chinese, and Japanese courses, and intercultural exchange can be experienced naturally, as the curriculum allows students to take the classes of other courses within the program.
By exchanging views with international students on a certain topic, or through experiencing working together on a project, participants can enhance the practical communication skills they will need for their future careers.
Instead of lectures, classes are held in a workshop format providing a series of hands-on learning activities to cultivate crucial generic skills for building human relations out in the real world.
Compared to other faculties, the curriculum also offers 3 times as many class hours for language learning in the first two years. This thorough language learning program increases the frequency participants are exposed to foreign languages and provides each of them with the communication skills necessary for study abroad.
Furthermore, classes with an emphasis on making presentations are also held in the 2nd through 4th years of the program. Participants can increase their foreign language proficiency in anticipation of their future careers. Classes are also provided in preparation for various standardized language proficiency tests.
