Meiji University will open a new English-based degree program starting in 2011, in order to bring together highly motivated young people from around the world and promote globalization of the school.
The School of Global Japanese Studies focuses on Japanese studies, not only from a traditional perspective but also from a global perspective. The School provides educational and research opportunities related to contemporary Japanese culture, which is currently receiving attention from around the world. The School focuses on educational research of Japanese culture and social systems, based on information extracted from aspects of business, industry and society in Japan, making up the foundation for Japanese culture today.
