ISSE course, the College of Information Science and Engineering, is in Ritsumekan Biwako Kusatsu Campus (BKC), Kusatsu City, Shiga prefecture, which is also easily accesible from Kyoto. BKC was founded in 1994 aiming for academic collaboration between the area of Social Science and Natural Science & Engineering. It is the largest campus among the 4 campuses of Ritsumeikan University with state-of -the-art research facilities and sports installations.
