By helping students understand the economic functions and social roles of global corporations and teaching them about various fields of business, such as marketing and corporate strategy, the college aims to nurture future business leaders who are capable of making important contributions to society.
Students will study the theories of business in four areas: business and society, organizational management, marketing, and business administration information. Through the unique curriculum of the Business Leadership Program, students will cultivate creative thinking skills necessary in business by participating in practical exercises.
Through small class activities called Bilingual Business Leader Program (BBL), students will increase their English language proficiency and study organizational behaviors of corporations experientially. The department offers classes which foster cross-cultural understanding so that students can become capable of negotiating and working with people from different cultural backgrounds. Approximately 70% of specialized subjects are taught in English.
