The Buddy System, a program between Japanese and international students, starts in the 2015 academic year (Support for enrolled students)

The Buddy System is a program started in the Department of Social Work of the Faculty of Sociology and Social Work for international students to help them smoothly enter their university studies and enjoy student life. "Buddies" that are more senior students are designated for each international student, and in the Department of Social Work, buddies are not just Japanese students; senior international students also provide support to incoming international students as well.
