You must have taken TOEIC L&R (excluding IP: Institutional Program) or TOEFL iBT (Home Edition is acceptable) since November 2021.

Entrance Examination for [Toyo University SDGs International Student Ambassador Program]
Privately-funded international students who have the desire and ability to contribute to global society in various ways toward the achievement of the SDGs, and who will engage in SDG-related activities and activities that lead to globalization both on and off campus, will be certified as Toyo University SDGs International Student Ambassadors and will receive support for payment of fees, housing and other expenses. The system provides support for payment of fees and housing, etc.
