Remarks For an application, a guarantor is required. To apply, you should come to the university directly with the guarantor. If the guarantor cannot come to the university, you must come with an agent who has a letter of attorney of the guarantor (the form is not designated). The guarantor must meet one of requirements below.
1. In case of the guarantor is a Japanese, the person must live in Japan, have a occupation to maintain the independent life, be able to bear all responsibilities for your status and payments of the admission fee, academic fees and others.
2. In case of the guarantor is a foreigner, the person must live in Tokyo or a neighboring prefecture, understand Japanese language well, live in Japan for 5 years or longer, have a occupation to maintain the independent life, be able to bear all responsibilities for your status and payments of the admission fee, academic fees, and others.

A guarantor can bear responsibility only for one student.
