Access by train or bus
STEP 1: Getting to Ikebukuro Station
From Narita Airport
From the Narita Airport Station take the Keisei Skyliner to Nippori Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and travel to Ikebukuro Station. This will take approximately 50 minutes.

From Haneda Airport
From the Haneda Airport International Terminal Station take the Keikyu Main Line to Shinagawa Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and travel to Ikebukuro Station. This will take approximately 50 minutes.
From the Haneda Airport International Terminal take the Tokyo Monorail to Hamamatsucho Station. Transfer to the JR Yamanote Line and travel to Ikebukuro Station. This will take approximately 50 minutes.

From Tokyo Station
Take the Marunouchi Line on the Tokyo Metro to Ikebukuro Station (approximately 17 minutes)

STEP 2: From Ikebukuro Station
Take the Seibu Ikebukuro Line to either Motokaji or Hanno Station (approximately 50 minutes)
From Motokaji Station take the free school bus to the university (approximately 5 minutes)
From Hanno Station take the free school bus to the university (approximately 7 minuets)

Free school buses also run from the JR Kaneko Station and the Kawagoe Station. Please refer to the Surugadai University homepage for more details.
