Facility guide

Isesaki Campus

There are 6 buildings on the large campus grounds. All buildings are fully air-conditioned. The buildings used a raised floor system suitable for the infrastructure of our information technology facilities. Students can connect to internet and access information in not only the computer labs, but in the lounge and cafeteria as well. In addition, the campus is barrier-free with no steps, and toilets and elevators designed for people with disabilities are available. A shopping mall and parks are located close to the campus.

Oji Campus

The Oji Campus is located in Tokyo’s Kita ward, and while it is extremely convenient for accessing some of the bigger districts like Ikebukuro and Ueno, the area still retains a traditional feel with a lot of nature. In April 2015, a second building was completed, housing general classrooms, a library, and learning commons (self study spaces in collaboration with the library and information processing room). It is a beautiful campus and the student lounge on the 13th floor offers a panoramic view of the city and the infamous Tokyo Sky Tree, and on a clear day, even Mount Fuji.

Nagoya Campus

The Sakae district, with its many shops of fashionable clothing and brand items, is right next the Nagoya Campus. The campus has classrooms, a lounge, a library, study rooms, seminar rooms, and research rooms. There is also a music practice room, and a simulation practice room for the Faculty of Education. Athletic grounds are also available. Our campus facilities provide practical learning opportunities for our students.

Isesaki Campus
Chaya Shirojiro Memorial Library
Chaya Shirojiro was an ancestor of the founder of the Tokyo University of Social Welfare. His international perspective and high standards of practice are the founding spirits of our university.
