To make a prior procedure, you must meet the following conditions.
1. You must take N1 of JLPT or 300 points at Japanese of JLPT within 3 years.
2. You must have completed (or be expected to complete by March 2016) education of a school (Senshu Gakko) which require 1,700 hours or longer to complete.
