Each school’s homepage have been shown in Japanese and English. Likewise, schools that provide information in Chinese or Korean are increasing. And there are schools for which you could apply via internet.
Although internet is so much convenient tool, it is not all powerful. Let’s use some traditional communication tools like letter or telephone to get information of the school you want to go. From internet, you could get general information only, but by writing letter, you could get information from schools to answer the personal questions you ask.
