Generally speaking, every dormitory with shared kitchen, toilet, bathroom has its own rules of using such facilities. Although these rules are not laws, they are indispensable for a peaceful life. Cleaning duty, for example, is included in these rules.
Shared facilities are not only for your personal use, so, do not misallocate items or stay longer than needed. It also must be kept clean.
