Remarks Application procedure for the graduate school research students
1. Please send an Entry Sheet (*1) and a Research Plan (*2) to International Student Advisory Office. Please write the course and the supervisor of your hope.
2. After getting recommendation as a candidate of a research student, please request the application guidelines at International Student Advisory Office (The recommendation is not to guarantee the enrollment). Please make the request by 15th October for April admission, by 15th April for October admission. Requests after the deadlines are not acceptable. If you cannot get the recommendation, contact International Student Advisory Office again.
3. After getting the application guidelines, please submit application documents by the deadlines below.
For April admission: 15th November
For October admission: 15th May
The selection will take about 1 month. We will not answer for any questions from applicants about the process. We will send the result to addresses designated by applicants.
