Applicants who have completed 16 years and above of school education in their home countries or expect to complete it by the designated date.
Applicants who are 22 years old or older and are recognized to have abilities equivalent to graduates by special admission qualification screening.

Remarks We stopped recruitment of students at Master's course of Social Welfare (daytime commuting) from 2015.

Foreigners will be admitted at Major of Social Welfare (distance learning) and Major of Clinical Psychology (night commuting) if they meet eligibility to apply. However, there are not privileges for international students (exemption of tuition, scholarship) and special entrance exam for international students on Major of Social Welfare (distance learning) and Major of Clinical Psychology. You cannot get College Student visa by admission at the 2 Majors.

From 2015, there will be not Master's course with privileges for international students and special entrance exam for international students.

Only at Doctoral course of Social Well-Being and Development (Majors of Social Welfare and Healthcare Management), there are privileges for international students and special entrance exam for international students from 2015.

There is no auditor system of students from outside the university (the auditor system applies only to students of our university).
We have courses for non-degree students.
